HOW IT WORKS
PROGRAMS FOR ALL AGES

Learning methodology
ChessKidsNY does not separate students into beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels. Instead, all children participate together in the same learning environment. The instructor works dynamically with the group, pairing students according to their knowledge, experience, and progress. This allows for constant peer learning and adaptation.
Each child receives personalized guidance within the group setting, ensuring that instruction is tailored to their specific needs. The focus is on individual development inside a shared classroom experience, where the teacher actively rotates attention and coaching between students and pairs.
This model creates a highly interactive environment where every student is continuously challenged, supported, and guided to grow into a stronger strategist and chess player
